The resort is situated on its own private island in the Baa Atoll, an area which was declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 2011 for its unique and fragile flora and fauna. Each exquisite villa boasts a private pool and is set on stilts over the water or surrounded by palms and lush vegetation on the edge of the beach. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities on the island including cooking classes, yoga, and participating in the coral adaption programme, or head out into the stunningly crystal clear water for windsurfing, diving and sailing. The hotel's six restaurants offer Maldivian, Japanese and Italian cuisines paired with wines chosen by the resident sommelier, and guests can enjoy fantastic views of sea life from the underwater restaurant and wine cellar, all during an unforgettable stay.
